Describing Ronnieâs injuries, the report further read, âI also observed a large, bleeding, red, inflamed bump on the left side of his head above his eyebrow⌠Mr. Taylorâs nose and the left side of his jaw and chin were also red and inflamed, which are injuries consistent with being punched in the face.â
âMr. Taylor also had an abrasion on the inside of his left arm in the forearm area.â
According to the report, Taylor approached Alan and asked him to stop riding his motorcycle, stating that âkids were playingâ nearby.

The second report further added, âMr. Taylor started going over the events again with me and stated the driver of the motorcycle asked him if he had been drinking or was drunk. Mr. Taylor stated, âYeah I had a drink while watching soccer today in my house!ââ
